Under ESCO scheme, the initial upfront Investment is done by the ESCO company which means that the client need not invest from his side. Implementation of energy efficiency measures is done by using energy efficient product for various applications such as: lighting, Air-conditioning, Motors, Cooling Towers, and Transformers etc. The client subsequently makes the payment from the energy savings in terms of monetary advantage. The savings are shared between the client and the ESCO Company on a fixed Percentage basis over a fixed period of the contract period. Major ESCO projects Performed by us are:
